Before you begin
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. You can create an account and use MyClassroom Planner for 14 days without entering payment information.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your information remains available, but the workspace becomes read-only until you select a monthly or yearly plan.
What is included in the school plan?
The school plan supports up to 12 active accounts and includes shared curriculum, resources, messages, reviews, branding, security controls, and the core teacher tools.
How does AI pricing work?
Core plans include a controlled AI Lesson Helper allowance. A separate expanded MyPlanner AI add-on is planned for +$20 per month for customers who need heavier AI usage. It is optional and is not yet available for purchase.
Can I cancel through Stripe?
Yes. Manage Billing opens Stripe’s secure customer portal for payment methods, invoices, billing information, and cancellation.
Can teachers see another school’s information?
No. Each school uses a separate private workspace. Access within a school depends on the user’s role and the visibility selected for each feature.
